Nick joins GSP in June of 2023 as an Analyst. In the spring of my senior year, I interned with George Smith Partners’ Shared Services team where my responsibilities included investment underwriting and marketing, as well as capital market research. Prior to George Smith Partners I had an internship with LoanCore Capital, where I sized and underwrote over 30 prospective senior financing transactions with deal sizes ranging from $50M to $250M across all property types and geographies. My sophomore year of college, I interned with a multifamily real estate developer Canfield Development where I assisted in underwriting prospective acquisitions and drafting their value-add investment package.
In spring of 2023 I graduated Cum Laude from University of Southern California with a B.S. in Real Estate Development
My hobbies include skiing, golf, surfing, and fishing.
