Jake Sachse

Mr. Sachse has over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a comprehensive background in structured finance, acquisitions, investment management, and sales. He has successfully transacted over $1B across all real estate asset classes nationwide.

Prior to joining GSP, he developed two co-GP platforms and a multifamily acquisition platform for Los Angeles-based private equity firms. His investment experience enables him to support clients from both an investor’s perspective and a capital markets advisor’s role.
