Junior Director
Austin brings 15 years of real estate experience to the George Smith Partners team. He started with getting his real estate license the week he turned 18 and sold over 100 REO assets for Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and the VA from 2008-2011.
During college, he interned at Peak Capital Partners as a multi-family acquisitions analyst and at JF Capital as a development analyst. Upon graduating, he joined Colin Wright to form CW Group – a full service real estate development company spanning urban infill, home building, master-planned community development, and multi-family.
In 2021, he joined the Capital Advisory word with Nelson Funding where he and his team placed over $100M of debt and equity annually across land, multi-family, home building, industrial, and self-storage. Austin graduated with a Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Utah and resides in San Diego with his Bernese Mountain Dog named Moose.
