Providing non-recourse financing, transaction size ranges from $25,000,000 – $150,000,000 for reposition and construction requests. Favored assets include multifamily, hospitality, and industrial, but will look at all assets. leveraged to 70% of cost, rates priced from SOFR + 5.00%.
