Matthew Kirisits joined George Smith Partners in 2016 and has been instrumental in underwriting, marketing, and closing over 200 transactions totaling more than $1.0 billion. His expertise spans both permanent and bridge financing for multifamily, retail, and office properties.
Before joining GSP, Kirisits served as a Senior Financial Analyst at a real estate investment firm managing approximately $70 million in multifamily assets. In that capacity, he evaluated potential acquisitions, monitored portfolio performance, and maintained relationships with lenders and investors. His earlier experience includes a financial reporting position within the Investment Accounting division at AIG, a major publicly traded insurance firm.

He earned his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management (2009) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
