Zach Scoggins

Zach Scoggins is an Analyst II at George Smith Partners, where he supports underwriting, capital markets research, and structuring tailored financing solutions across the capital stack for commercial real estate transactions.

Prior to GSP, Zach worked as a Portfolio Management Analyst at Dalfen Industrial, focusing on asset-level performance, lease analysis, and fund reporting. He previously gained experience in industrial and office brokerage at TIG Real Estate Services and completed an internship at Revere Capital, where he built financial models for bridge lending and equity waterfalls.

Zach earned his BBA in Finance with a certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Texas Tech University and recently completed his Master’s in Real Estate at SMU. Originally from Rockwall, Texas, he enjoys Motorcycles, Outdoors, and Traveling.
