Hyatt most recently was a Director at Chatham Financial executing over two billion of interest rate protection instruments for clients in the real estate industry. Prior to Chatham, Hyatt was a Senior Account Director at Yardi Systems where he provided software and workflow solutions for real estate clients desiring to reduce the risk of reporting errors and automate their Investment Management systems. Hyatt has also been a commercial real estate loan originator closing over $2.0 billion in loans across asset classes (including multifamily, office, industrial, hospitality, retail, and sound stages) for lenders including Thorofare Capital, JCR Capital, iStar Financial, and JP Morgan.
