Vishal Hotchandani

Mr. Hotchandani began his real estate career at George Smith Partners in 2017 as an MBA Summer Intern on Steve Bram’s team. After graduating from UCLA Anderson in 2018, he worked at various private credit funds including Arixa Capital (LA), Parkview Financial (LA), and Urban Standard Capital (NYC). Mr. Hotchandani has financed multifamily, condos/townhomes, office, and retail transactions totaling over $650mm across 70+ deals nationwide.

Before transitioning into real estate, Mr. Hotchandani held several roles, including Manager at Uber Technologies in their Los Angeles office, Information/Data Specialist at Teach for America’s headquarters in New York City, and a high school science teacher in Brooklyn, NY. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biophysics from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
