Thomas Butler joined George Smith Partners as an Associate in 2023. His key responsibilities include underwriting, packaging, and marketing debt and equity financing.
Prior to joining George Smith Partners, Thomas was an Analyst in the New York City offices at Lev, Inc., a Financial Technology Platform that focuses on digitizing commercial mortgage transactions. There Thomas was responsible for underwriting, capital markets research, as well as lender/borrower relationships across all transaction and asset classes.
Before Lev, he also served his internship with Cantor Fitzgerald and gained exposure on the client side with Southern Connecticut based Building & Land Technology at its 8.4 million square foot Harbor Point mixed use development.
Thomas received his B.S. in Business Finance from Marist College. His hobbies include snowboarding, Tennis, and traveling.
