
Teddie Steffelin

Teddie Steffelin is a recent graduate of Washington and Lee, where he earned a double major in Business and Politics. He has experience in organizational leadership, real estate, corporate/international law, and international politics. He is the founder of “Transform Freetown Inc., “a nonprofit organization that has planted over 1 million trees in the hills of Sierra Leone. In the legal field, Teddie was the sole Intern for the Sierra Leonean Legal Ambassador to the United Nations, Dr. Imran Kanu. He has two years of work experience at Winston and Strawn LLP, and experience working with Better Home & Financing Company’s legal and capital markets departments. Teddie’s experience in real estate is through a past and current internship at George Smith Partners (commercial real estate) and a rotational internship program at Better Mortgage Home & Finance Holding Company. He hopes to continue to encounter valuable mentors and driven co-workers in future opportunities and looks forward to continue driving meaningful change.
