
Mr. Horton joined George Smith Partners as Senior Vice President in 2020 and brings 15 years of commercial real estate experience. Mr. Horton’s background is diverse, and he brings a unique perspective to his role as SVP, offering valuable insight to his clients and a wide range of ideas to his team. Prior to his current role, Mr. Horton worked in asset management with Brookfield Properties overseeing 10 million square feet of Class A office, retail and multifamily product in downtown Los Angeles. Previously, Mr. Horton worked in investment sales at Marcus & Millichap, owner operator portfolio management and capital markets at Westwood Financial Corporation and in ground up development projects with AECOM.
Mr. Horton grew up in New Jersey and holds a degree in Economics and Biology from Rutgers University in New Brunswick where he competed for four years on the Scarlet Knights Men’s NCAA Swim Team.
