Reuven Risch

Vice President

Reuven joined George Smith Partners in 2018. He began his career at one of the major commercial banks in Los Angeles, focusing predominately on multifamily properties. After a few years, Reuven pursued his passion in working with diverse investment properties and spent six years at a full service mortgage brokerage firm in Santa Monica, where he originated loans for single family, multifamily, office, industrial, retail, construction, hospitality, theaters and mixed use properties. Reuven has arranged over $300 million in financing and was directly responsible for creating detailed loan packages, as well as the standardized application forms to be used by all company-wide. Reuven received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He remains highly involved with his alumni association and can be found cheering on his Badgers at every opportunity.

Reuven is originally from Santa Monica, a rare native Angeleno, and spent his childhood summers visiting family in Israel. He enjoys spending time with his lovely wife, Debra, and spending as much time as he can outdoors – hiking, kayaking and occasionally running a marathon.
