Quyen Nguyen

Quincy Nguyen, Intern at GSP, brings a background in real estate finance and underwriting. Prior to joining GSP, she was an Acquisitions Analyst at VEIRA Properties, where she underwrote ground-up condo and condo-hotel developments across NY, TX, and FL. Before that, she worked at Venture Capital Properties as an Investment Sales Analyst, sourcing and underwriting off-market office and multifamily deals in New York. Quincy holds a Master’s in Real Estate Finance from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
