Michael Llodra, Managing Director – Over a 35-year career, Mike Llodra has built several Structured Product and Mortgage Finance businesses for leading financial institutions, including Citi, JPMorgan, Bank of America and Wells Fargo, with focus on the residential and commercial real estate asset classes.

Mike has been responsible for risk management, origination, investment management and structuring of lending and capital markets solutions for a variety of clients through multiple cycles. Mike recently served as the co-head of mortgage finance for Wells Fargo, spearheading the expansion of the firm’s business in large originator warehousing, single-family rental, and business purpose residential leading.

Prior to Wells Fargo, Mike was a Structured Product Specialist for the Harvard endowment, sourcing and managing direct distressed real estate investments. Mike is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds an M.B.A in Finance from New York University and a B.A. in Economics from Drew University.
