Lou Tejada

Lou Tejada serves as a Senior Vice President at George Smith Partners, where he brings over 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Over his career, he has transacted on over $8 billion in CRE deals, primarily in structured finance. Most recently, he served as Associate Director of Originations on Nuveen’s C-PACE lending platform, where he closed over $400 million across a variety of asset classes. Other positions in his career include CMBS new issuance ratings at Moody’s, acquisitions and capital markets at developer Quaker Lane Capital, investment sales and debt brokerage at Eastdil Secured, and large loan underwriting at Morgan Stanley. Lou leverages his extensive experience across the CRE industry to deliver creative solutions to his clients.

Lou received his A.B. in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology from Princeton University.
