Kedar Arige joined George Smith Partners as an Associate in April 2025. 

Prior to joining George Smith Partners, Kedar was an Analyst at Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Banking group, where he supported the origination and underwriting of balance sheet loans ranging from $50MM to $500MM across multifamily, office, industrial, and retail assets nationwide. He was actively involved in portfolio surveillance, preparing quarterly asset reviews and presenting key performance updates to senior leadership. He also played a key role in the successful restructuring of a $250MM+ office portfolio loan.

Kedar began his career as a Research Analyst at Integra Realty Resources, where he focused on market analysis and financial modeling for institutional-grade properties. He also held internship roles in multifamily operations and leasing at Harbor Group Management and Kassin Sabbagh Realty, respectively.

Kedar earned his B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University. His interests include working out, traveling, and exploring new restaurants/bars around the city.
