Grant Pugatch joined George Smith Partners as an analyst in the fall of 2022. His responsibilities include investment underwriting, capital market research & maintaining client/capital provider relationships.

Prior to joining George Smith Partners, Grant worked in private wealth management at Alex. Brown, the high net-worth group within Raymond James. His team was responsible for managing over $2.5B in assets and he worked closely with high net-worth individuals constructing holistic portfolios on a day-to-day basis.

Grant received his B.S. in Environmental Economics & Policy from the University of California, Berkeley. During his time at Berkeley, he was a member of the UC Berkeley Men’s Volleyball Team and a founding member of Sports ‘4’ Kids, a mentoring program for underprivileged children in Cragmont Elementary’s afterschool program.

Grant’s hobbies include beach volleyball, boxing, traveling, cooking, and supporting the Los Angeles Clippers.
