David Mercado

In his current role, David supports two senior producers by managing the deal pipeline, coordinating client outreach, and assisting with asset-level financing and the capitalization of complex structured projects. He plays an active role in tracking deal progress, maintaining communication across team members, and helping prepare materials that support client relationships and business development efforts.

David earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, Real Estate, and Law from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Prior to joining the firm, he completed internships with AHM Group, LLC, Ballast CRE, and George Smith Partners, where he gained hands-on experience in acquisitions, development underwriting, and market analysis for multifamily and mixed-use properties.
