Ben Deweese

Ben Deweese is a Managing Director at George Smith Partners with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in real estate capital markets. Throughout his career, he has advised institutional and private investors on complex capital solutions, including equity, debt, joint ventures, and structured financings, with a particular focus on industrial and multifamily assets. Prior to joining George Smith Partners, Mr. Deweese held senior leadership roles where he helped build and scale real estate investment platforms and successfully executed numerous transactions across the Southwest and broader U.S. markets. He began his career in institutional trading and securities analysis, gaining deep market and execution experience that informs his strategic approach today. Mr. Deweese holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government with a Business minor from the University of Texas at Austin.
