Andreea Matson is an Associate Director in the Capital Markets Advisory Group at George Smith Partners, where she focuses on structuring and executing creative financing solutions for real estate sponsors and investors. She provides clients with the ability to transact seamlessly up and down the capital stack and across asset classes, including multifamily, industrial, and next-generation infrastructure.

By combining analytical rigor with strategic perspective, Andreea helps clients optimize their capital structures to achieve efficient, tailored financing outcomes that enhance long-term value. She brings a white-glove, market-informed approach to every transaction, aligning investor objectives with innovative capital solutions.

Prior to joining George Smith Partners, Andreea worked within the Capital Markets Division at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where she specialized in debt advisory and capital structuring. She earned her M.S. in Global Real Assets from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in 2024.

A fluent French speaker, Andreea enjoys traveling, discovering new cuisines, and baking in her spare time.
