Adrian Diaz-Infante is an Intern at George Smith Partners, assisting in the underwriting and capitalization of complex real estate transactions. He works closely with senior producers to analyze deal structures, track financing pipelines, and manage lender relationships. His role also involves market research and financial modeling to support investment strategies.

Adrian gained experience in finance and commercial real estate through internships at Holman Capital and Project Destined, where he worked on financial modeling, market research, and investment analysis. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance at the University of California, Irvine. At UCI, he is actively involved in investment organizations and real estate finance training programs, further developing his expertise in underwriting, capital markets, and structured financing.
