November 12, 2014GSP is working with a small private equity firm originating JV Equity for ground-up housing on For Sale product. Assets may include SFR, condo or townhome configuration in Southern California. A 10% cash co-invest is required in exchange for a 10% preferred return to a 16% IRR on a 50/50 split. Land must be fully entitled at close.
