GSP has recently identified a nationwide lender focused on Build to Rent Communities. Full Term IO loans area available up to 1.2x Interest Only DSCR and up to 1.1x DSCR with partial recourse. Spreads as tight as 210 over the 5-year treasury and 165 over the 10-year treasury. 

Rates are on top of agency rates and seasoning is not required!
