- Capital Stack: Senior financing backed by bonds issued by lender that utilize lender’s AA credit rating to offer competitive pricing.
- Leverage: Up to 65% LTC | Up to 65% LTV | Can size up the loan at stabilization to up to 65% LTV
- Prepayment: Lock-out through construction / lease-up
- Hold Period: Up to 10 years
