George Smith Partners advised on $61,700,000 of construction financing for a 9-story, 152-unit Class A multifamily in San Francisco's Mission District.
The equity for the vertical construction is a joint venture between DM Development, an experienced San Francisco-based developer with a 15+ year track-record of successful developments in the market, and an institutional real estate manager investing as a Limited Partner. The debt financing was placed with a national bank.
