GSP arranged a 7 Year loan on a 16 unit Apartment Building in Southern California in less than 30 days
Transaction Description: Our client was the highest bidder at a Trustee Sale so he only had 30 days to close the transaction. GSP worked with the client and the lender to establish to a specific timeline. We ensured that all the diligence and 3rd Party Reports were collected in a timely fashion so the borrower was able to close on time.
