George Smith Partners advised on the capitalization of a $28MM construction loan for a 78-unit townhome development located in Denver’s Sun Valley neighborhood, an Opportunity Zone in an infill neighborhood. The project will benefit from the redevelopment of the area by the Denver Housing Authority and new parks along the Platte River with proximity to downtown. The four-story stacked townhome project will deliver high-quality residential product with garages to one of Denver’s most rapidly evolving submarkets. GSP led a comprehensive debt advisory process, sourcing multiple non-recourse term sheets from banks and debt funds. We’re thrilled to have supported our client in successfully securing financing.
