Location: PA, MD, VA, NC, SC, and GA
Asset Class: Existing multifamily workforce housing (affordable, ≤80% AMI)
Unit Count: 200–350 units per community
Vintage: 1990s or newer
Minimum Occupancy: 80%
Close Timeline: Within 60 days of contract
Hold Period: 3–5 years
Debt: Up to 60% LTC
