Associate Director
William specializes in capital placement across commercial real estate, including structured debt, mezzanine financing, and JV/LP equity. He brings over seven years of experience with more than $5 billion in closed transactions across mortgage banking, investment sales, and private equity.
Prior roles included positions at Peachtree Group, Berkadia, StoneRiver Company, and Protective Life Insurance Company, providing experience across the principal, brokerage, and advisory sides of the business. He works with diverse capital providers including banks, life companies, GSEs, CMBS lenders, and institutional investors, focusing particularly on multifamily and hospitality projects.
William holds a B.S. in Economics (cum laude) from Vanderbilt University and the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and is pursuing both CFA and CCIM designations.
