Rudy brings extensive financial services experience, including more than five years specializing in loan servicing. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at a corporate banking institution where he supported high-net-worth borrowers and was pivotal to the management of a loan portfolio exceeding $7 billion, within a broader platform of over $20 billion in total assets. His expertise spans insurance review across commercial real estate (CRE), single-family residential (SFR), and multifamily assets, including familiarity with Freddie Mac guidelines and Mortgage Bankers Association compliance standards. Known for his precision and strong quality control mindset, Rudy ensures accuracy and consistency across all aspects of loan servicing.

Raised in Orange County, Rudy draws on his Mexican heritage and professional experience as the foundation for a disciplined yet grounded lifestyle. He studied accounting and entrepreneurship at Metropolitan State University of Denver, where he was also a member of the men's soccer team, contributing to a program ranked seventh nationally. Outside of work, Rudy enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors, often taking walks with his American Akita.
