Nicholas Drohan

Nicholas Drohan is Vice President of Mortgage Banking at George Smith Partners, where he structures and executes debt and equity financings for commercial real estate sponsors nationwide. Throughout his career, Mr. Drohan has specialized in sourcing permanent debt through life insurers and other institutional capital providers. To date, he has advised on, supported, and arranged more than $600 million in construction, bridge, permanent, and life company loans across multifamily, industrial, retail, office, mixed-use, and self-storage assets.

Mr. Drohan holds a B.A. from UCLA, an active California Real Estate Salesperson license, and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, including the Life Company Council and Structured Finance Council. Outside the office, Nicholas is an avid sports fan, seasoned traveler, and proudly serves as commissioner of GSP's fantasy football league.
