Nancy Craven has worked in the real estate industry since relocating to California in 1985. Prior to joining The Alison Company, she spent seven years with First Interstate Bank in the appraisal department, completing Appraisal Institute coursework and preparing single family appraisals before moving into commercial operations and later the small-loan department.
Nancy joined The Alison Company in October 1996 as a loan processor/analyst, helping develop many of the loan-packaging processes and templates still in use today. She now heads the loan-closing department and oversees all aspects of closing loans efficiently and on time. She completed paralegal and legal assistant training through the American Institute for Paralegal Studies, and she currently maintains The Alison Company production reporting and website.
