Martha Martinez brings 25 years of commercial real estate finance expertise to George Smith Partners. Throughout her career, she has successfully closed over 400 loans exceeding $2.5 billion, encompassing FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, bank, credit union, and life company financing.
Her professional responsibilities have expanded to include team management and mentoring, with oversight of analyst staff. Martinez also handles comprehensive loan servicing and post-closing duties for clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Outside of work, she dedicates time to family and community involvement through volunteering, while supporting her daughter's sports and modeling pursuits.
She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University and an A.A. in Accounting from College of the Desert, Palm Desert, CA.
