Mr. Sachse has over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a comprehensive background in structured finance, acquisitions, investment management, and sales. He has successfully transacted over $1B across all real estate asset classes nationwide.
Prior to joining GSP, he developed two co-GP platforms and a multifamily acquisition platform for Los Angeles-based private equity firms. His investment experience enables him to support clients from both an investor's perspective and a capital markets advisor's role.
He earned a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
He is a Cabinet Member of the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles – Real Estate & Construction Division, Advisory Council Member of the Community Leadership Institute (CLI), CLI Alumni, and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), USC Alumni Real Estate Association, Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association, and Crossroads Alumni Network.
