Senior Director
Greg Levine has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, currently serving as a Senior Director at George Smith Partners, where he advises clients on structured capital solutions and debt and equity sourcing across multi-family, retail, self-storage, and industrial assets. He also consults at ARC Trust, a private REIT, deploying preferred equity and helping lead over $200 million in joint venture partnerships over the past four years.
Previously, he served as SVP, Director of Redevelopment at Brixmor Property (NYSE: BRX). During his 15 years at Brixmor, Mr. Levine oversaw the redevelopment of over 250 properties and leased over 3.5 million square feet to a broad range of national retailers. Mr. Levine was an integral part of the leadership team that brought the company public in 2013.
Prior to Brixmor, Mr. Levine was the VP of Leasing at Mall Properties.
Mr. Levine has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from George Washington University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development & Investment from New York University.
