Nick Madigan

Gerald N. "Nick" Madigan joined The Alison Company in 1988 and currently serves as Managing Director. Over the course of nearly four decades with the firm, he has held a variety of leadership roles and contributed across every facet of the business.

In his current role, Mr. Madigan is responsible for loan origination and oversees the Loan Production Department. He also manages and maintains the firm's correspondent relationships with major life insurance companies.

Throughout his career, Mr. Madigan has specialized in sourcing permanent debt through life insurers and other institutional capital providers. His experience spans all major commercial real estate asset classes, including retail, industrial, multifamily, office, self-storage, and hospitality. He has been involved in numerous transactions across the United States, bringing deep market knowledge and long-standing industry relationships to each engagement.

Mr. Madigan graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1981 with a BS in General Engineering, he is a former carrier aviator and retired as a Commander from the U.S. Navy Reserve in 2009.

Mr. Madigan is a lifelong competitive sailor and outside of work he enjoys competing in various sailing events, biking, upland game hunting, and travelling. He resides in Newport Beach, California, with his wife, Maureen.
