Carl W. Fuller joined The Alison Company in 1987 and currently serves as Managing Director. Over the course of nearly four decades with the firm, he has held a variety of leadership roles and contributed across multiple facets of the business.
In his current role, Mr. Fuller is responsible for loan origination and oversees both the closing and servicing departments. He also manages and maintains the firm's correspondent relationships with major life insurance companies.
Throughout his career, Mr. Fuller has specialized in sourcing permanent debt through life insurers and other institutional capital providers. His experience spans all major commercial real estate asset classes, including retail, industrial, multifamily, self-storage, and hospitality. He has been involved in numerous transactions across the United States, bringing deep market knowledge and long-standing industry relationships to each engagement.
Outside of work, Mr. Fuller enjoys travel, skiing, sailing, and mountain biking. He resides in Newport Beach, California, with his wife, Kary.
