Ms. Lee joined George Smith Partners in 2010 with over ten years of experience in underwriting. Prior to GSP, she worked as a senior underwriter at Countrywide Commercial Real Estate in their CMBS group and as a senior underwriter at GMAC Commercial Mortgage. During her underwriting career, she has underwritten billions of dollars worth of real estate in the four major food groups but also specialized in hotels. Ms. Lee holds a MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from the University of California, Berkeley.
