Prior to coming to George Smith Partners, Malcolm spent the past 12 years as a Real Estate Developer, Investor & Capital Provider. He has intricate knowledge of complex Structured Financing Vehicles and a thorough understanding to Underwrite and present complex Acquisitions, Refinances, Recapitalizations, Dispositions and Structured Buy Outs to the Capital Markets. During his previous tenure he structured 44 Separate Entity Vehicles (worth nearly $285M as a principal between 2003- 2011) for his own investment & development projects. Malcolm is a graduate of the University of Arizona’s Regional Development program.
