Mr. Hamermesh has over 30 years of experience in the real estate and capital markets as an investor, lender, financier, developer and consultant. He is a specialist in structured finance and equity placement and has an in-depth knowledge of all property types. He has completed in excess of $3.75 billion of transactions and has worked for Goldman Sachs/Archon, Credit Suisse and Canyon Capital, as well as several top tier real estate private equity funds.
Mr. Hamermesh holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from UCLA and has a Juris Doctorate from the UCLA School of Law. He is a member of the California State Bar (Inactive). He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California and holds Series 7 and 63 Securities Licenses.
