Ms. Wexler joined George Smith Partners in 2011. She began her real estate career in New York City with a real estate development and investment family office. Participating in a range of pre-development and development activities for luxury high-rise condominiums and multi-family projects, Ms. Wexler has experience in acquisitions, permit filing, construction, design, brand creation, marketing and sales. Most recently, Ms. Wexler worked at California Landmark, a mid-size residential development firm. Her primary responsibilities included overseeing the full development process as well as preparing proformas for potential new acquisitions. Having worked in real estate development in New York, Los Angeles, and Israel, Ms. Wexler has a thorough understanding of the underlying processes and costs involved in underwriting and financing transactions.
