With more than 20 years of leadership experience, Hamilton has an extensive background in management of homebuilding companies and in financing the acquisition, development and construction of residential real estate projects ranging from infill construction projects to master-planned communities.
Prior to joining GSP, Hamilton served as the EVP/COO for a regional home-building company where he had responsibility for all aspects of the operations including project acquisition, entitlement, finance, administration and sales. Hamilton also served as VP/CFO for a large privately-held, nationwide homebuilding and land development company where he was part of the executive management team that built the company to one of the nation’s top 20 homebuilding companies.
Hamilton was employed as a CPA at the firm of Laventhol & Horwath and holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and Economics from the California State University at Northridge. |
