George Smith Partners University is our internal Executive Education program. A first of its kind initiative in our industry, GSPU serves to strengthen the leadership capacity of each of our team members and thus the entire organization. Our weekly curriculum is peer led and case study based. GSP Principals and staff teach most of our classes. Selected outside experts are brought in to augment our internal knowledge base.

This consistent education model seeks to provide a transformational learning experience that fosters professional, intellectual, and personal development. The broad course curriculum focuses on best practices, from underwriting and current market trends to ethics and leadership.
